A few years ago, my family and I went to China for about three weeks. When a customer heard that the restaurant would be closed for a few weeks, she said that she had to order extra babi pangang to put into her freezer. She was so used to eating our babi pangang regularly that she had to be sure she still could eat it when we were on vacation. So, what is so special about this dish? Let’s find out.
