Inside the box
This box was created and sold by Yuraku Confectionery Company so that purchasing obligatory chocolates would become easier. Women generally give obligatory chocolates to an average of 13 men.[cf, p. 45] This can become quite expensive if all the chocolates are bought seperately. There are 20 tiny chocolate bars in this obligatory chocolate box, and it retails at ¥600, which is approximately €4,80 or $5,70. There is an empty space on the chocolate bars where a thank you message can be written, or a message that it is meant as an obligatory chocolate.
