Winged man?

We are being watched. There is a man depicted on the bottom of the Hebrew bowl who is wearing a turban and what looks like a vest coat. The entire scene is marked with identical little stamps that appear to have been applied rather carelessly.

Most intriguing however, are the two pointed things that appear behind him. What are they? Could they be mountains? Pyramids perhaps? They might be wings. Before we speculate further, let’s have a look at the other bowl.
