On the other side of the sarcophagus, we can find the next son of Horus: Hapy, depicted with the head of a baboon. His text reads as follows:

Words spoken by Hapy: I am your son, Osiris Wahibreemakhet. I have come to serve as your protection in the heads and in your limbs.

Hapy protected the lungs of the deceased (seeth for a canopic jar of Wahibreemakhet, containing the head of Hapy). The goddess Nephthys protected Hapy, and she is once again depicted right underneath him. We’ll learn more about her later.
