Home in Leiden

Ayoub now finally lives independently in Leiden, and is thrilled about it. Leiden has really become his city: he loves to visit the market, make conversation with people, or head over to De Kroeg to have a drink. The third of October, a day of festivities in Leiden, is really important to him: “If there’s a party, I want to party!” It wasn’t always like this, and Ayoub often thinks about his family in Afghanistan. But now he has an air of happiness that is very catchy – there’s no doubt about that!
