Foe Yong Hai

A dish full of egg, or like my dad would say: a dish full of love. His wordplay using the Chinese word for ai (love) and the Dutch word for ei (egg) makes every egg dish a special one. Together with babi pangang and tjap tjoy, foe yong hai is one of the most beloved dishes in our restaurant. The red sauce is an essential part of the dish. Do you love this egg dish as well?
