The "bedpost"

The first object you see at the bottom right, standing precisely at the edge of this etch by Rembrandt van Rijn, is the solid bedpost, straight up, with a ball on top. 



This piece of wood can also be seen as a nice image of a phallus, if one is inclined to see symbols in objects; as we do with artistic images.
