This typical Egyptian sarcophagus actually belonged to Wahibreemakhet, a Greek-Egyptian. His parents had Greek names: Alexikles and Zenodote. Wahibreemakhet bore the title seal-bearer of the king, which is a well-known Egyptian title. His title and the quality of his sarcophagus suggest he was a wealthy man.
